Working moms have a lot to balance and often personal wellness gets pushed to the side. Without proper care, you will eventually hit a wall. At Evergreen Woman we are all about work-life balance and in this short course, we simplify wellness for those moms who are doing it all. The 4 part video series course starts on November 15th, 2021. The course is accompanied by a 25-page workbook to help keep you motivated and organize your goals. Each week you will receive a 30-minute video email with suggested reading materials and actionable steps.
